7. What do the order statuses mean?

Awaiting payment: payment has not yet been confirmed.

Processing: order is being prepared.

Shipped: order has been handed over to the carrier.

Delivered: order has reached its destination.

8. What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive on time?
Check the tracking information. If you notice any delays, contact our support team so we can follow up with the carrier.
